A relaxed weekly VIRTUAL small group designed to support real-life health - not perfection. Each session includes a short teaching, open discussion, and simple strategies you can actually use in your daily life. We will cover topics like energy, sleep, stress, nutrition, mindset, exercise and sustainable habits. This is a supportive space to learn, ask questions, and grow alongside others who want to feel better and live healthier.
Starting in MARCH every Thursday at 12noon.
