Packages
In accountability coaching we meet once or twice a month to learn proper form and receive instructions. This service is guided towards those who are avid fitness folks, you have the tools, equipment and gym access, but need accountability and guidance. Weekly workouts will be given, and daily communication is required for accountability. Nutrition guidance and plans are given as well as a food journal. Measurements are taken each month at the meeting and new workouts are given as you progress.
