Each session is thoughtfully structured to support your health and mobility, incorporating a full-body workout, resistance training, guided stretching, a proper warm-up, and personalized nutrition education.

Consistency is key. To see meaningful progress, two to three sessions per week are recommended, along with simple, manageable

"homework" between sessions to reinforce

healthy habits.

Food journaling is encouraged, and regular progress check-ins

-such as measurements-help ensure accountability and continued improvement.
